Product names and details are sourced from two places: your own product data (uploaded or configured in the backend) and arex PHARMA's general pharmaceutical product database, which covers products across EU markets. When the app encounters an unknown product, you can use the Document mode to photograph the pack — our AI extracts product details from the images and adds them to the database.
